I have developed a transformational game “Muladhara”.
This is a one-on-one game with yourself. It is not about competition or roles, but about honest contact with yourself — with who you are right now.
We often hear words like “energy,” “resource,” “being in flow,” but rarely ask ourselves: where does the energy for change actually come from?
If we look deeper, the Universe speaks to us through the language of vibrations. And a human being is part of this system.
Within us there is also our own structure, our own foundation, our own energetic levels. That is why I chose the chakras — not as an abstract spiritual concept, but as a clear and understandable system of interaction between body, psyche, and energy.
Muladhara — the root chakra — is the foundation.
Without inner support and a sense of safety, it is difficult to speak about growth, purpose, and moving forward. The root chakra is responsible for the feeling of security, trust in life, connection with the body, and the ability to access energy for action and change.
If basic inner needs are not met, there is simply no energy available for transformation. That is why this game begins with the first chakra — because without foundation, there is no upward movement.
How the game works
This is a one-on-one game with yourself. It is not designed for “right answers,” but for your honesty.
In the process, you can replay life situations in a safe format — notice your habitual reactions, live through the experience, and integrate the lesson without having to step on the same “rakes” again in real life.
Through situations, reactions, inner sensations, and bodily responses, the game gently activates awareness and helps rewrite old patterns — not through pressure, but through conscious experiencing and integration.
Who this game is for
For those who often feel anxiety, instability, or fatigue;
who do not understand where to find the strength for change;
who live in “survival mode” even when everything seems fine on the outside;
who feel a loss of inner support and want to begin change not from the mind, but from a deeper level.
What you get
When the root chakra begins to open, a sense of inner stability appears.
Connection with the body returns, and energy starts to rise upward — to the other chakras.
It is as if you complete a basic inner level and stop constantly holding yourself together with your last reserves of strength.
From this state, it becomes easier to make decisions, easier to move forward, and simply easier to live.

The game is available in Russian.
